About Patricia Williams

Among life's biggest adventures are moving to a new home and selling or investing in property. Helping buyers and sellers take these steps in just the right way, whatever their goals, is my adventure. To me, this means taking a specialized approach to every client, because no two clients are the same, just as no two properties are the same. It also means: • Listening and helping you know your own goals better, then helping you understand the complexities of the real estate market as they apply to your situation. • Ethical, transparent practices-you can ask me anything. I'll give you all the information you need, or help you find it. • Thorough research and preparation-I put in the time up front, and I'm diligent and detailed throughout. I often surprise my clients by finding the perfect property, or bringing them offers to purchase, right away and right on target. • Using my not-so-secret superpower: loyalty. An old-fashioned concept, loyalty, but when you engage my services you will have me with you at every step. My own real estate adventures began over 20 years ago, managing rental property in Ventura County. I soon discovered how tremendously rewarding it is to be a real estate "matchmaker." When my sons were both launched, into the Air Force and Arizona State University, I shifted my home base to North County San Diego. I've now been a practicing real estate agent in North County for over 10 years, and have collected excellent references and testimonials. My real estate path led me into many deeply rewarding community service ventures. I'm a graduate and past member of the Police Department Citizens Patrol, participant in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) field training, graduate of the Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.), and a volunteer for non- profit organizations, Habitat for Humanity Realtor Build Team (six houses), Wounded Warrior Homes, Operation America Cares, Brother Benno's, Angels Depot, and Wreathes Across America. I'm a go-to person in my own neighborhood of Oceanside and surrounding areas of North County. I have an active network of colleagues and resource professionals throughout North County. Formal affiliations include the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the California Association of Realtors® (CAR), the Oceanside Real Estate Professional’s Group, (OREPG) and the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC). I am grateful to have received many recognitions and awards for my services. I am honored to be the recipient of The Police Officer's Association of Ventura County Citizen's Medal of Merit for saving a life. My personal interests are venturesome as well. I love to travel, and while I'm obsessed with our beautiful corner of the United States, I've also dived in the deep blue waters of the Caribbean, piloted glider airplanes, assisted with the operations of hot-air balloons, traversed an Alaskan glacier via helicopter, experienced the magical wonder of Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria with my son Brett and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane from13,000 feet. What does a successful real estate adventure look like to you? Let's go there together.
